1. Licensing Terms

All MockupHaus products are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-seat commercial license. This license allows the buyer to use the mockups in personal and commercial projects such as selling artwork on Etsy, Printful, Gelato, and other platforms. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of any mockup file in its original or modified form is strictly prohibited.

Permitted uses:

• Displaying your own artwork or designs in the mockups
• Using mockups in product listings and marketing materials
• Using mockups across unlimited projects and platforms under your direct control

Not permitted:

• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the mockups in original or modified form
• Uploading mockups to AI training datasets, marketplaces, or free download sites

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if:

• The file is proven to be defective and unfixable after support
• You contacted MockupHaus within 7 days of purchase for file-related issues

No refunds will be given for:

• Inability to use Photoshop or Smart Objects
• Mistaken purchases or compatibility misunderstandings

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with Photoshop before purchase.

3. Usage Responsibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to:

• Understand the software requirements (Photoshop recommended for .PSD files)
• Follow the provided documentation for using Smart Objects and editable layers
• Ensure their use of the mockups complies with the license terms

MockupHaus is not liable for user error, design misrepresentation, or third-party usage claims when
used outside the scope of this license.
